MS Excel Spreadsheet downloads are re-usable templates for on-going order generation. To use, simply download the spreadsheet and complete the form per each order. Save the form with a unique file name (ie. myname_titleorder_01.xls), attach the file to an email, and send the email to the address on the order form. If desired, the form can be printed and faxed to the fax number found on the order form.
